Which of the twelve gates of the New Jerusalem will the Gentiles who have believed in Yeshua enter through?

REF: TR11EN

This is a critical point that confirms our true identity as believers in Yeshua. If you haven’t read What Is Your True Identity According to the Bible?, you may want to read it first.

1. We are not “Jews,” but part of Israel

When a person believes in Yeshua:

They are grafted into Israel: Romans 11:17–24
They become part of the covenant: Ephesians 2:11–13; Ephesians 2:19
They inherit the promises: Galatians 3:29; Ephesians 3:6

But this does not mean they become “Jewish” (from Judah), but part of the full people of Israel (the twelve tribes).

2. The twelve gates of the New Jerusalem

The Bible reveals something profound:

“Also she had a great and high wall with twelve gates… and names written on them, which are the names of the twelve tribes of the children of Israel.”
(Revelation 21:12)

This shows clearly:

There is no gate for “Gentiles”
All gates belong to the twelve tribes of Israel

Conclusion:
Everyone enters as part of Israel.

3. Which tribe do we belong to?

Here is something key:

👉 We do not know which tribe we belong to
👉 Only God knows

And in reality:

It is not our task to figure it out
It would be practically impossible
It does not change our salvation

4. The dispersion of the tribes

The northern kingdom (the 10 tribes) was taken captive by Assyria around:

👉 722 B.C.

If we count until today:

👉 Approximately 2,700 to 2,800 years have passed

During that time:

They were scattered among the nations
They mixed with other peoples
They lost their original identity

5. The reality of our genealogy

If we think about it carefully:

Most of us barely know beyond our great-grandparents
We do not truly know where our full lineage comes from
Migrations have been constant throughout the centuries

Examples:

People born in Mexico, the United States, Spain, Japan, etc.
But their ancestors came from other continents

👉 It is completely possible that:

Some may descend from the tribes of Israel
Others may not

But this cannot be proven with certainty—not even with DNA.

6. This does NOT define our spiritual identity

The most important truth:

Salvation does not depend on genealogy.

“For you are all sons of God through faith in Christ Jesus.”
(Galatians 3:26)

“There is neither Jew nor Greek… for you are all one in Christ Jesus.”
(Galatians 3:28)

“And if you are Christ’s, then you are Abraham’s seed…”
(Galatians 3:29)

7. Two possible realities

A person may be:

A biological descendant of Israel (without knowing it)
A Gentile by origin, grafted in by faith

In both cases:

God makes them part of Israel through Yeshua.

8. Final conclusion

It does not matter where you come from.
It does not matter your DNA.
It does not matter your country of origin.

If you have believed in Yeshua:

You are part of Israel
You will enter through one of the twelve gates
And God knows exactly where you belong

Practical Application

Do not focus on discovering your tribe
Focus on living according to God’s will
Embrace your identity in Yeshua
Walk in obedience to the Torah
